3. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your event booking.
Full payment must be made prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fareed Event reserves the right to cancel any event if payment terms are not met.
All prices are subject to change based on customization, location, or third-party vendor fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may not be eligible for any refund.
Fareed Event reserves the right to deduct costs incurred for planning, logistics, and third-party services.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, necessary approvals, and timely decisions. Any delays or changes must be communicated in writing.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Fareed Event Management is not responsible for:

• Any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the event unless caused by our proven negligence

• Delays or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or vendor issues beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, photos, text, and design elements — is the property of Fareed Event and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Fareed Event Management reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant UAE courts.
